Today we celebrated six months of Onepoint Oneness with our 26th meditation session!
All sessions are offered entirely free of charge as a service to the community and are available for viewing at your convenience via the Oneness YouTube channel.
Our guest speakers are very experienced practitioners of meditation and positive thinking.
If you've not discovered Onepoint Oneness yet, these are weekly half-hour meditation session topics comprising of a brief talk and guided meditation. 'Yoga for the mind', if you will.
The project started as many of us at Onepoint Consulting originally met through our daily meditation practice. We experience great benefit, both in our work and personal lives, and wanted to share insights that could help others.
Live sessions are at 9:00 am (UK time) each Friday, primarily aimed at the professional community, wishing to start the working day well. However, the session topics are relevant to everyone, and everyone is welcome.
