Weekly half-hour meditation session topics comprising of a brief talk and guided meditation, Onepoint Oneness has just completed its 13th session.

At Onepoint we feel very humbled having been graced with some wonderful guest facilitators, offering their time freely.  Our guests each have 10-40+ years of meditation practice. Many are very experienced teachers of meditation and positive thinking. It's great to be able to benefit from that sort of wisdom each week.

Sessions are at 9:00 am (UK time) each Friday, primarily aimed at the professional community, wishing to start the working day well.  However, the session topics are relevant to everyone, and everyone is welcome.

All sessions are offered entirely free of charge as a service to the community.

As well as those watching live, the recordings on YouTube have been very popular. With a library of 13 recordings, there really is a treasure store of uplifting material to tap into, so please visit and see what you missed.
