During the recent global challenges, there were signs of an increase in consideration, kindness and community spirit. Challenging times can be an opportunity to reflect and discover the best in ourselves and each other. It can also push us to, or beyond, our limits!
To emerge and sustain the more gentle qualities like kindness, there first needs to be kindness for myself. It's not always easy though, our 'self-talk' revealing that we're often hard on ourselves.
