Following a successful inaugural session, we'd love to welcome you at our next 'yoga for the mind': 9:00-9:30 am this Friday 29th May.
These weekly free sessions will be live every Friday on Onepoint's YouTube channel.
We are all facing various challenges in these interesting times, and it seems that meditation practice is now essential for the inner stability and strength needed to establish and maintain a peaceful, positive and happy mind.
At the foundation of 'yoga for the mind' are the eight powers, which connect meditation practice to practical benefit in daily life. We've based our initial sessions on exploring these powers through related topics and guided meditations.
This time we're exploring the topic 'Decluttering the Mind' aligned with the second power, to pack-up/merge.
We are delighted to welcome Aruna Ladva to facilitate the session. Aruna’s first encounter with spiritual truths and experience of meditation was at the age of 8.
Her deep personal experiences led her to realise her purpose by the time she was 14. For over 37 years Aruna has been practising meditation and has become an accomplished spiritual author.
