We are delighted to introduce you to Onepoint Oneness, a new initiative in the form of a series of short meditation sessions run by experienced facilitators, and based on the ancient method of yoga for the mind.
Here at Onepoint, many of us have a practice of daily meditation that we find very beneficial.
Many of our clients and partners appreciate the traffic control for the mind when they visit our offices. We play a minute or two of calming music throughout the office, every hour on the hour, as a reminder to take a minute out, to take a step back from whatever activity we're involved in, to relax, refresh and recharge.
We are all facing various challenges in these interesting times, and it seems that meditation practice is now essential for the inner stability and strength needed to establish and maintain a peaceful, positive and happy mind.
At the foundation of yoga for the mind are the eight powers, which connect meditation practice to practical benefit in daily life. We've based our initial sessions on exploring these powers through related topics and guided meditations.
These weekly free sessions will be live every Friday on Onepoint's YouTube channel.
