We are all creatures of habit, and successfully incorporating good habits practically is a key step to being successful.

What helps me is to use the habit 'Sharpen the axe' as recommend by Stephen Covey. That is, to take time out, recharge, relax, and reflect in-between my daily schedule. This not only helps with my personal growth objectives but also improves task efficiency.

Here at Onepoint, we have Traffic Control in our office so everyone including visitors have this opportunity every hour "https://www.onepointltd.com/traffic-control/"

What works for me is to meditate on these at the start of the day, review at the end and during the day reconnect with these ideas through the day with 'mental traffic control'.
